Selling residential real estate in the North County Coastal Region of San Diego is what I LOVE to do. I am dedicated to my clients, work with integrity, enthusiasm and you will find no one that will work harder for you. An important aspect of my position is to take away the stress/anxiety from your buying or selling experience. In real estate, it’s not who will give you the best rate, it’s who will do the best job for you, give you peace of mind and making sure you get what you deserve.

I love working with first time home buyers, senior citizens and everyone in between. Each age bracket has specific needs and I’m prepared for all of them. Many of my transactions have been for sellers that are moving out of the area and have left everything in my hands to ensure every aspect of the listing and sale was handled without them being present.

I’ve been married since 1980, have 3 adult children, 3 grandsons and 3 rescue dogs. My family moved to the San Diego area in 1988 from Long Island, NY, and settled in Carlsbad. For 9 years, I worked for the Encinitas Union School District (Grades K-6) in the front office as the registrar and health aid. My main focus was the 800+ students, their parents, and their school records. During my spare time I studied and earned my real estate license.  The time was right in February, 2000 when I made the choice to join the Real Estate force.

My favorite thing to do during my "spare" time is to relax at the ocean with a good book, attend live performances and concerts at the San Diego Civic Center and the Moonlight Amphitheatre as well as enjoying my kids/grandkids. My family currently lives in San Marcos.
