A Superb Job
I wanted to let you know how lucky I was to be matched up with Tina Dino by the USAA relocation department for the sale of my house in Carlsbad. You may be aware of the difficulties I had with my first agent and the lack of progress in selling my home after 90+ days on the market.
My anxiety level was rising rapidly since I was scheduled to leave San Diego on Saturday to start looking for a new home in St. Louis. I requested a new agent and met Tina on Thursday. My first impression of Tina was that she was a breath of fresh air! I was confident of her abilities and sure that my home would sell. While our face-to-face time was very limited, I was comfortable leaving with her representing me.
Within 2 days of my departure, Tina called and told me I had a great offer on my house. I believe with her knowledge of the area and her networking skills, that is what sold my house. Tina guided me, long distance, keeping in touch with me daily, answering all of my questions. She was very understanding of my transient status and the difficulties of selling one house and buying another in a different city. All in all, she was awesome! I don't think the process would have been this smooth with any other agent.
I made the request of my USAA Relocation Coordinator that any moves to the Carlsbad/Encinitas area be assigned to Tina. She did a superior job!

Our home had some challenges listing it with tenants in it. Tina took care of every part of listing, including coordinating showings within a limited time frame. Tina took care all necessary steps to wrap up the move out and prepare the home for selling! Everything! Window cleaning, carpet cleaning, house cleaning, painting etc. After that our home was photographed and staged. We received a full price offer within a short time. Tina coordinated all repairs requested by the buyers. Everything went smoothly and I will never complete another real estate transaction without her!
